Integrative Counsellor | ACA L-2

Thanks for flying by!

I’m Liz (She/Her) and I am a certified counsellor offering online counselling primarily for women and LGBTQIA+ adults in Melbourne and across Australia through my private practice, Among Puffins Counselling.

I often work with people either navigating grief and loss, who feel stuck in the same patterns, are experiencing difficult life transitions, living with chronic illness, navigating neurodivergence in a neurotypical world, struggling with past experiences, understanding identity, working on their relationships or to deepen self-understanding.

My practice offers a relational, compassionate space where your lived experience is respected, your feelings are met with care and you’re supported to make sense of your story in your own way.

I work based on the principles of emotion-focused therapy, narrative therapy and internal family systems, providing inclusive support to those who may have felt dismissed, misunderstood, or overlooked within traditional systems.

Liz is available online:
Tuesday: 10am-4pm
Thursday: 10am-7pm
